My name is Tim Sams and I am the owner of Kaylee Homes Inspection. One of my greatest passions is to help others understand the function of their home. The passion usually leads to longer inspections than some other inspectors because I like to physically show the customer the good and the bad of the home that they are purchasing. I also try to give as many maintenance tips as possible to help the customer preserve their biggest investment.

When my wife and I were buying our house, Tim Sams at Kaylee Homes Inspection LLC was our go-to guy for the inspection. We knew of his previous work as a contractor and figured having a guy that knew the ins and outs of all things related to homes would be a major benefit to us getting a thorough inspection. Tim worked around our schedule (which isn t always easy) for the inspection and was early to show up. What we loved the most about Tim s work was that he took the time to explain things to us about the house. He would suggest possible changes or potential trouble spots that could crop up in the future. Tim was also able to do a Radon test for us. We re glad we had him test for that since our house ended up testing quite high and needed to be mitigated. The sellers took care of that immediately, and now the Radon level is below normal levels of outside air. The report we got afterwards was very thorough and complete with pictures he took throughout the entire inspection. It came in PDF form in email which made it very easy to archive and keep handy. With his contracting background, capabilities, and professionalism, I would definitely recommend Tim for any home inspection or Radon test needs.

Tim has performed two home inspections for me recently and I was impressed both times. He is very thorough, he takes his time to cover everything and he writes detailed reports complete with quality pictures. He also likes to give advice that is backed by years of experience in home improvement and he points out issues that aren't major concerns but that you might want to fix or keep an eye on to keep your home efficient or to keep problems from occurring.
