Well...  

I grew up in Doylestown. Currently, I reside in the City of Wadsworth, Ohio located in Medina County where I have lived for the past 17 years with my wife and 2 boys.   I started my home obsession by working in a lumberyard at the age of 17 and I was promoted to salesman within 4 years.  I left the lumber business after 8 years and went to work as General Manager for a home building company.  As General Manager, I managed to help the company grow from 5-8 homes per year to 25-30 homes per year.   During that time, I also finished my business management degree from The University of Akron.

After a couple of years I branched off to form a home construction business.  This company started from scratch and we were able to grow to 12 homes per year ranging in size from 2000 square feet to over 4000 square feet.  The company also added remodeling, additions and insurance repair work.  We also own and manage various rental properties.

Along the way, I always had customers and friends ask me to inspect homes that they were wanting to purchase.  I always declined but that got the wheels turning.  After some encouragement from my family, I decided to dive into home inspections.  I started by joining the premier home inspection organization InterNachi.  I received my licenses from the State of Ohio in home inspection, radon, water well, and WDI.

We understand that most customers have work obligations and have a need to schedule a home inspection during non-normal working hours.  I will do my best to work with evening and weekend schedules to find a time that a complete home inspection can be performed.
